In collaboration with our customers, we work to improve their work processes, always taking into account the principles of quality and safety of products and processes.
We develop new ideas taking into account the latest technologies offered by the market.
Our technical office designs and develops customized solutions and tools for: handling and lifting of loads, assembly or maintenance operations, support or transport of components. We also make test calculations for truck securing and ship stowage.
For this we rely on the experience and expertise of our staff and the use of 3D CAD design and FEM calculation tools.
The development process includes an initial meeting with the customer to know his needs, filling in a form with the necessary data, and a continuous interaction with him before the final design to ensure his satisfaction.
The ergonomics and safety of the worker and his environment, the use of easily replaceable elements for maintenance and a packaging system suitable for the protection of the element until its destination and throughout its useful life will always be taken into account.
We accompany the customer in the validation and deliver manuals for a better understanding by the operator and certificates as proof for an audit.
The design, manufacture and sale of tooling for use in countries outside the EU and USA, is not a problem because we know the applicable regulations and requirements in terms of calculations and tests (ASME BTH-1 and B30.20).
Whether it is the manufacture of elements designed by NEM, as if it is a manufacture derived from a customer's drawing, we ensure the traceability of the materials used, the dimensional control of dimensions and the quality of the surface finishing processes.
For this purpose, we have a close network of manufacturing and treatment workshops previously approved, with integrated quality systems agreed with NEM and subject to periodic follow-up audits. These workshops have highly qualified personnel for welding and machining processes as well as for visual inspections and non-destructive testing.
For lifting tools, and if required by the customer, we offer the additional possibility of carrying out load tests.
Our service does not end with the supply of the material. Our technicians go to your facilities to follow up on the tooling and lifting elements, as well as an inventory of the parts within the period established by the customer/NEM, delivering again the relevant certificates and a report with the condition of the parts.
It is checked against the drawing to ensure the presence of all the elements, the good condition of the visible parts and for non-visible defects, such as possible internal cracks in plates, welds, etc., non-destructive tests are performed.
After the revision, the pertinent actions will be proposed to readapt/repair the rejected elements so that they can be recertified and, if this is not possible, their replacement will be facilitated as soon as possible.
